After siding with the empire, and completing Battle for Windhelm, Ulfric and the other guy's corpse doesn't leave, and the exiled jarls stay in the Place of Kings, and Brunwulf doesn't enter as jarl, and i cant buy hermjir I loaded an earlier save, is there anyway to prevent this?
