I don't use steam much.
Are you mad?! You can get games on Steam released this year for under twenty dollars, sometimes under fifteen. It's nothing short of confounding how Valve manages to stay in business, but that's likely because every PC gamer knows that Steam is a must-have, though there are bound to be some folks who will choose to own all of their games physically instead of electronically, and more power to them.
In response to your last question, NHsports123, I don't know what they plan to do about the map situation. I'd imagine they just compressed the existing ones to suit 24 players while still keeping the overall design of the maps the same.
