[no spoilers] Beating the MQ, does it change the experience?

Post » Wed Jun 06, 2012 5:30 pm

Hello there everyone, first time being back on the elder scrolls forums since morrowind really played oblivion on and off but never really grabbed me, i didnt like the portal concept no idea why, just didnt!.

anyway all i would like to know is if beating the MQ gives you some crazy tittles or anything, for example ''Dragonslayer almighty'' or something, i ask as i want to do the MQ (only done stage one so far) but i also want to do the other quests on even footing i dont want to be known around town as being a dragonborn/dragonslayer etc to every tom dike and harry.

will beating the MQ cause me to be ''known'' i dont mind a little recognision but too much will just kill my RP.

thanks in advance.

p.s. i have done a forum search but i only seem to be able to find debates about dragons landing, not landing who likes cheese....etc.

Guards seem to acknowledge you're the dragonborn. Other than that, expect the usual indifference and mild hostility from the rest of the population...

Not much of a deal. Some NPC's might say 'Yo thanks for killing some dragons'', but that's all there is. Also along completing the MQ you get some unique shouts.
