So I'm running the latest version of Skyrim, .exe version 1.5.26.0. I have the Sky UI mod so need to run SKSE, I've updated to version 1.04.15.7z. When I launch SKSE from the nexus mod manager it says my version of Skyrim isn't up to date? The game launches and everything but I see the warning box in the inventory telling me SKSE isn't up to date?

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

You may have forgotten to remove all files associated with an earlier version of SKSE, particularly DLLs. Remove all files that start with "skse" from your game directory, then reinstall SKSE. Also make sure you are running via the skse_loader.exe with the Steam client already running.
