Does the benefactor perk in the alchemy tree (Potions you mix with beneficial effects have an additional 25% greater magnitude) work with potions that "fortify" skills? For example if I mix a fortify restoration pot will it be 25% stronger if i take this perk?

I wonder if it works for poisons with beneficial side effects... or are those not considered "potions"...
