Bennys Gun : Fallout: New Vegas

So i'm making an evil account and decided to crucify Benny. But now I cant find Maria(the gun). Does Caesar take it or do I just never get to use it now? I went to his body on the cross, killed him, but he still didn't have the gun. This is my favorite gun so if its still possible to get please help!

From wikia:

"It should be noted that the weapon cannot be obtained if the player has Benny crucified, and it's not able to be pick-pocketed if you confront Benny in the presidential suite at The Tops; only its ammo will be in his inventory."

Gonna have to reload to a previous save and do something else with him.

I had the same problem, but then I waited a few days and a clone of Benny appeared next to his crucified brother. Killed that clone of his and I got the gun.

Erm... It doesn't really make sense for Benny to have the gun on him when he's crucified.
The one who did the crucifixion probably though "nice gun" and yoink! It was gone.

I always kill Benny so I never have had this situation come up. Besides why would you let Benny go, he shot you even though it was just Business he still shot you.

Ummmm....Bethesda has easily made better games with out having a glitch every 5 minutes when you play....Oblivion and Fallout 3 had hardly any glitches and it was made a long time ago.....and its not really a spoiler...the quest says find Benny in the city and settle business...What did people think that meant?

By the way...whats the point of moving the post when you can still see it on the General Page?

Oblivion and FO3 had a [censored]load of glitches and bugs before they patched them.
And again, it was Bethesda who handled the QA and pushed the game out the door too soon.

Ya...they fixed the glitches. FNV has been out a long time and they still have tons of glitches. I don't know what QA means but I do know that they should have been able to fix all the glitches by now....and I have not had hardly any glitches when I played Fallout 3 or Oblivion and I got them both when they came out.....

Ya...they fixed the glitches.

They fixed some of the glitches. Some of them. There's several important ones (quad core support especially - bug introduced in version 1.1) that they never fixed.

I don't know what QA means but I do know that they should have been able to fix all the glitches by now....

QA = Quality Assurance = Testing.

Also, why should they have been able to fix all the glitches by now? Because you say so? Well, I say you're wrong. And having actually done coding myself, I can state that hunting down bugs is a difficult and time consuming process.
