Are you sure Best Buy is shipping with the USPS and not Fedex or UPS?

pretty sure.. the email had a tracking number that took me to a Streamlite (MailExpress) website. From there it gave a link for a USPS delivery confirmation number

Mine was an in-store pre-order. So I am hoping that I will pick it up this evening. As far as mailing goes, it got released today, so they probably didn't ship until today.

I've had my pre-order for over a month now for the collectors edition, and the order status is still in process. I also asked for express delivery. Its probably going to be shipped tomorrow if its with UPS. svcks, because 2 of my classes were cancelled today out of the 3, resulting in one class and an astronomical amount of free time to play this game with my friends. Ah well, I only have 2 classes tomorrow. It just seemed like the perfect day today.

I'm in a similar situation with Ren Lotus.

I pre-ordered the CE back in August, and my order is still in process. It's my first time with bestbuy.com ; I'll just be glad when everything works out. Hopefully they'll release a patch for New Vegas tomorrow and I win the lottery without ever playing it.

My order on line (with express shipping) says it is back ordered. I called Best buy and their customer service person tells me their systems are down and will not be back up for at least an hour or two. The frustrating this is the store near my house have plenty of the games on the shelves. I may just go and pick it up from the store and forgo the mercenary pack.
