I think the best companion follower is Stenvar. He just makes me laugh and generally smile. Yesterday Deimos and Stenvar had a brief conversation.

Stenvar, "This place could be a cozy place to live, without all the daggers lying around,"

Edit- Yes he actually said that sentence in game the stuff underneath is what I made up to reply.


Deimos, "And the fact that there is a prison cells right before you get to the bedroom,"

Stenvar, "That might just add to the charm of the place, do a Nordic knot if you know what I mean,"

Deimos, "Somehow I assume what you're applying and that's rather appalling,"

Stenvar, "You Bretons need to learn to loosen up. Let's say we head to the tavern and I show you the benefits of a Nord woman."

Deimos, "No thank you,"

Well my follower is Lydia. She doesn't really have that many great lines.

Lydia, "Is that one of the ancient ruins?"

Helios, "Yes, like the same ancient ruin we came out of,"

Lydia, "I know,"

Helios, "Then why keep mentioning it,"

Lydia shrugs

Helios, "Well stop"

Well, if we're talking cool dialogue, definitely Kharjo for me.

Kharjo and J'zargo are great : "If anyone sneaks up on us, I'll smell them coming. Or I might not. We will see."

Cast courage on Kharjo : "Even my claws feel sharper."

Aranea for overall doom that she's able to deal (if you keep her leveled up). I wish she was marriable.
