So what do you think is the best house? And I mean a house where I can move a wife.

Well, Honeyside can be accessed from outside the city walls (Riften).

Honeyside and Breezehome are both fairly close to the DB sanctuary. Riften has a nice sleazy feel to it (I like that :) ) and overall I prefer Honeyside for its garden and porch, even though it gets small by end game.

actually to get the home in riften, there's two ways, if you haven't completed the main quest or the civil quest, you can get it through means of a quest. solving the issue of the skooma problem by finding the dealer in riften in a warehouse after finding an argonian who has a skooma problem and giving her a healing potion and asking questions, then going tot he jarl to let her know, then she sends you tot he warehouse to kill the dealer, then you find a letter there on where he's getting his shipment from then the jarl sends you to destroy the dealer's supplier, after you destroy the supplier, you return to the jarl and she lets you purchase the home in riften. after you buy the home, she's even name you thane of riften.

I'd go with the Windhelm house, if only because of the secret room. It makes sense that an assassin would keep anything incriminating in a hidden room in the event that the authorities came looking.
