My favourite, by far, has to be one I only just experienced. I was on my stealth character, I had the Blade of Woe + Shrouded Gloves. I saw a Giant and chugged an invisibilty potion. I stood in front of it and attacked. My character jumped up, slashed the Giant, and then landed and just watched the Giant crumple to the floor in a heap. Awesome.
