Barbossas return at the End of POTC:Dead Mans chest

The producers told the actors that it would be Ana maria who would be the captain, but it was actually Barbossa so the actors would have a surprised face on them when he walked down the stairs.

I cant find a vid, but another LoTR one is at helms deep, when the Uruk hai line up and start hitting thier spears on the ground before battle. Hell Urak hai in general. They were badass in that film.
