Best/optimal Nvidia driver?

using the latest on my 8800gtx OC'd

BSODs, hang ups, quicksave lockup crashes, mid-convo crashes. buggy as hell.

I dunno what to tell you dude I just put a new x470 in with latest driver and the game run's like a pile of *words I cannot use here* when around NPC's

this game is starting to piss me off. just as buggy as FO3 was.
bethesda needs to get on their game.
