I am trying to merge files and am trying to find one program that can handle skyrim esm and esp files and anyone have any suggestions and tried the f03 utility but it keeps saying its missing a file or something and what not and looking for something else since you cant merge files in the construction kit like you could in oblivion!

The best tool for that out right now is TESVSnip. It's going to be tedious so good luck
