Downgrade your bow. Go old school by using the longbow with iron arrows again.

Back in Morrowind I had to dump a whole suit of enchanted Ebony armor in a chest and never use it again, that'd taken me a few days to make. In Oblivion I had a similar problem. Since then I play for "playstyle" not power. You might want to reimagine your character, say use a powerful sword but decide that for religious reasons or honor reasons (or something) you are only going to use unenchanted fur armor. Being squishy keeps you on your toes while you still have the fun of powerful damage output.

There are always character gimps that make sense. My Altmer is a weak, skinny, but skilled swordswoman. Three levels of critical, but only the first, obligatory extra damage perk. If you go for a power build, rather than a 'role', you will eventually become too powerful, that's all there is too it. Maybe start again, with a monk or other low power class (in this game). Starting wearing plain robes makes a lot more sense than a warrior thinking "I'm too powerful now, maybe ditch the ebony armour for a robe." And if that's too hard at the beginning, maybe eventually becoming overpowered will be welcome this time.
