So I was attemtping to train Destruction by slaying some giants well they were Sleeping standing about dumbly looking at rocks

so I enterd this one giant camp and thought was deserted because there was no huge roasting flame and I didn't see any giants , next thing I know Boom Boom Boom BAM giants club just misses

I retaliate by casting a single thunderbolt and use up all my magicka in one hit with very little effect
and then just before I was about to be hit by the blunt end of the giants stick a Dragon swoops down and starts Melee slaying the giant for me

grateful for the back up I find a potion of magicka in my inventory and drink it and eat the bottle (seriously what happens to teh bottles when you drink potions o.0) and switch to fire balls

so after about 5 hits from the giants club to the dragons face im thinking my "Bestest Best Buddy Friend Who I've Never Met Before" is pretty much I was about to see if I could use healing hands on the dragon when the giant gave it one last face lift with his club and killed my buddy bud bud ... I took revenge and gave it a Thunderbolt to the face and sent it almost as high up in the sky as if i had shouted at it

a few seconds later I noticed the dragon was giving me its soul even tho I didnt slay it


has any one else had soemthign liek this happen to them that almost made them not want to kill dragons any more? (Almost most are still total )

any one have any awesoem stories to tell then ?

Back when I was a low level, low enough that I was avoiding Giants, I had to go somewhere and saw a dragon fighting something. It turned out to be a Giant. I watched the battle and in the end when the dragon died, I saw the Giant lift up his club in celebration. That was cool.

I saved the game and walked up to the dragon to capture the soul (really to see if I could get the soul) and the Giant noticed me. Needless to say, I reloaded and walked in the other direction. So, I never got that dragons soul as I was not near it. I always meant to go back to see if the dragon would give it up, but I never could find the spot again.

However, if the dragon dies and you are near it, you will absorb the soul, no matter who kills it.

you do know they were fighting over who would get to cook you over a fire, and the dragon would want your soul as dessert.^^

me = lowbie bosmer archer, stalking a bear that could kill me if i mess up.
hear a dragon overhead. decide to run in a wide circle around the bear, firing at the dragon when i could. dragon lands. i use bosmer command beast power on bear, bear tanks dragon while i casually fire iron arrows at it.
dragon dies, bear remembers that i'm not the boss of him and charges. luckily he's nearly dead so an easy kill for me.

also have similar story with same bosmer archer and a mammoth, clearing the giant camp near whiterun

Well, I came across a dragon (the regular "low level" Dragon, not frost or blood or ancient or elder, just Dragon). I killed that dragon in one shot (100 in Archery with all the perks), yet, he flies up from his perch, circles around one time and then hits the ground and slides towards me. I was like, "Watch out - Dead Dragon Flying" LOL

And there was this other dragon, who wouldn't die AT ALL! Again a low level dragon - he was attacking Dawnstar, I killed him and he continued to fly around, hootin' and hollerin' but never landing or dying. LOL

I saw a Mudcrab the other day...

one time I was being chased by a bear. Then a dragon showed up and started fighting the bear. They were on a ridge I'd just jumped away from, so I tooke the road, doubled back around and went to the scene, and saw the dragon was fighting not one, but THREE bears. The bears were knocking the crap out of it. I felt so embarassed for the dragon, i did the nicest thing I could: an arrow through its left frontal lobe. Then killed all them bears. Yoggi Bear and dragons got nothing on me.

I met up with an old orc that was telling me he wanted a good death. Before I could respond a mammoth fell out of the sky on top of him killing him instantly.

BAHAHAHAHAHA.

I was caught alone and unprepared by hired thugs. Simultaneously however, a dragon appeared in Dawnstar and killed two of the hired thugs for me. It was a good day.

Keri was standing on a bridge one morning watching the sun rise ( I realy gotta quit doing this ) turned to go on my way. An Assassin was running towards me, pulled out my bow, got one shot off and a Frost Dragon came swooping by, blasted the assassin, one more shot from the bow and Dead assassin. Look around for the Dragon... He's flying down the valley freezing mudcrabs, I guess, he never came back. Thank you!

I put my potions in little bags made of seaweed, that way you just chew into it and chuck the whole thing
