Bethesda: Best artistic team ever and...

Post » Fri Dec 09, 2011 12:10 pm

...worst technical band of useless coders of the century.

They did it with Fallout 3. Ok, we tolerate it.

Then came New Vegas. Awesome game until turned unplayable because of dropped frame rate. NO SOLUTION. EVER.

Now I fell again with them and bought Skyrim. Thinking "they can't be THAT dimwitted fools not to fix it now". I was wrong. Again.

Great artistic production. Substandard coding. In the same company. And of course I can picture the "suits" insisting in going live with a broken game anyway.

Such a way to screw people.

Almost sadistic. Giving you a taste of a grate game. Then laughing at you.

Remember New Vegas.

Bethesda didn't make New Vegas.

Do you have a specific problem or are you just here to rant?

help the team out instead of making posts like this, its just adding more stuff to the important post that the devs could see.

Well guys. You're wrong. With all due respect. And I'm not ranting. Bethesda DID published New Vegas, although developed by Obsidian on their engine. And I don't have to "help the developers", instead they should sell a working product for PS3. As far as I know, if you buy something it should just work.

I don't mind the many bugs a game this size could have. I don't mind a couple of broken quests. But I cannot tolerate an unplayable mess. Mind you.

On the other hand, I've decided tu register just to make note of this and not be silent. Since there are some posters that insist in diminishing the subject, I wanted just to add one affected user to the list. So "the developers" can see.

Are you having a problem with the game, or do you just not like how they formatted their code?

I never liked putting spaces between the code and the brackets in Java. But I don't rant about it.

This is gaining nothing - except relieving the OP's need to post a rant.

If you have problems with the game please use the appropriate Hardware and Software forum to explain the problems you have come up against - and please ensure you do it constructively.

Thanks.
