No, it's true. I worked with him on Fallout 3 just before he was moved over to work on Oblivion. Good guy. You know he was the lead designer of New Vegas?

Yeah, they're a couple of floors above the moderators. Anyone who doesn't meet the productivity targets feeds the cyber chinchillas. Its a very effective motivator -- manhandling trolls is both physically tiring and mentally painful
