I'm pretty sure final bosses are supposed to be beatable.

Yeah, rohugh would be the bonus boss for 100% Completion. You have to crossdress as another moderator to trick him into not hurting you, letting you get the advantage.

Actually, I thought Rohugh could be a party member that you get near the end of the game, like Fawkes for FO3.

The player is a new member, who's pet Erasersnake has been killed by Vinegar Ra. He has to find the fabled 6 stars scattered across the globe by Gstaff, but the journey is especially tough because his mortal enemy, the Warn Bar, keeps trying to remove him from reality and forever curse him to wander the halls of that site which shall not be named. Once he gathers all 6 stars, he's able to teleport to Vinegar Ra's domain. Once he defeats Vinegar Ra, he uses the scared bottle of vinegar to resurrect his pet Erasersnake, and life goes back to normal, or as normal as life gets at BGSF.

He is, you just need to fight Rohugh during summer and have a dogsbody.

A rifle. After you kill enough erasersnakes in this game you should probably get some beast sniper rifle with crazy stats in commemoration.
