How seriously do you think Bethesda will take this challenge?
If they agreed it would be one of the coolest things I ever heard of, as a gamer I would have tons of respect for both Bethesda and Notch for even trying something so unorthodox. It would be no doubt at the top of gamer talk for awhile and give both of them a lot cheap publicity.
On the other hand could Bethesda take the risk of being beaten at their own game... how would that make them look. If I where Bethesda that would be my number one concern, however looking at it from an outside perspective and I don't think the gamer community would look down on them for losing (if they would lose). I for one wouldn't care if they won or lost the fact that they would do it in the first place would put both Bethesda and Notch at the top of my respect list.
My thoughts on this:
DO IT BETHESDA! WIN OR LOSE YOU ARE GAMING GODS NOW PROVE IT BY AT LEAST TAKING THE CHALLENGE!
