Bethesda/Obsidian

Yeah, anytime I make a player and get to around 8500kb of info in a save the [censored] [censored] starts freezing and getting all choppy.

I don t even want to sell [censored] to venders, because it takes a [censored] hour to go through my pip boy and make the exchange.

Also the area around the abandoned bos bunker where one would go to reach DM is soooo [censored] choppy it makes me sick. West Side and North Square of Vegas are [censored] nightmares. All choppy and freezing. I can t really go around this map like I want to, because it [censored] freezes so [censored] much. I even started fast traveling its so [censored] up.

I don t know who to blame, but stop putting out unfinished games. Finish them them get paid. If you can t [censored] handle making a game then just stop.

There is no excuse for this I just spent a [censored] hour [censored] around with freezing and choppiness and got about 15mins of game play.

I understand its a big game, but I didn t have this many [censored] ups with fo3. What is going on down there??

I had a 360 too and played this on that too and same [censored] [censored]..

So I don t want to hear it s because of PS3. If Bethesda hurried Obsidian don t [censored] do that anymore. And if Obsidian just dosent know what the [censored] they r doing ask somebody who does know.

Don t even tell anyone a game is about to come out until the [censored] thing is done. I if you need someone to come down there and play fo4 and check for [censored] ups send me a messege, because no one checked this one past 8500kb of info on a save.

I expect some problems with a game of this size and all the items it has to remember, but this is just bad quality.

I sure hope this [censored] patch does something. At least the last dlc ran smooth.

Get your [censored] [censored] together for fo4. I don t think you should have this happen again. I don t even know who to blame it on is the worst part.

Obsidian really pisses me off, i have way more problems with new vegas then fo3, or any other game i have. This is disapointing!

come to think of it.. Games on PC have gone through this stuff for years.. Its probably due to the fact now the hardware is always the same (unlike a pc where video/sound cards and CPU's ) are usually different user to user.. It could be more of an issue with the harddrive installation. since games arent run solely off disk's anymore fragmentation could cause issues. also so could bad sectors on the harddrives. also your ps3 could be dying. alot of issues. So far i havent played far enough in the game to come up with any issues so far (albeit iv only played for a good 10 minutes before my dog ran out the door and i after her) but Iv got a solid 6-7 hours of gaming ahead of me and im thoroughly going to test this new patch out.

All right Im not taking back all the stuff I said to start this post, but I will say this patch helped a bunch. I pulled out a 11mb save and went to some of the worst places, and its good to go.

I played for like 3 hrs and got 0 freezes. There was still some hesitation, but that s ok I don t expect everything to be perfect. It didn t freeze at all, my pip boy didn t take an hour to go through, and it didn t get all choppy. So I am now no longer angry, but what I said about unfinished games still stands.

I don t know what the problem really was, but I don t think it should happen like this again. Move games back before putting out something like we had before this patch.

Good job on getting it fixed Obsidian and Bethesda!!!!!!!

yeah i had one time where it stuttered like it did before. (except before it never stopped) where it was unplayable. like 1/2 frame a second lol. But it only lasted 15 seconds and then stopped.. it was when i went up to one of the camps.
