I don't believe there is any case here. Mojangs game "Scrolls" is NOTHING like The Elder Scrolls and would not infringe upon it in any way. I think, like Notch, that Bethesdas lawyers are just looking out for Bethesda and/or are just greedy bastards.

C'mon Beth, why are you being so silly? Scrolls is an online trading card game. The Elder Scrolls is a FPS/RPG Sandbox game. How are the two possibly similar? Its just silly and a waste of time.
