This quest and the reward for it, was absolutely perfect for my vampire and werewolf characters. Absolutely loved it!

The daedric quests in general are the most memorable and well designed quests in the game in my opinion. The developers were very creative when making them.

Exactly, Bethesda didn't give us vampire lairs to live in, so Reachcliff cave and the people in it, are the next best thing to having your own vampire coven. It could equally work well for role-playing werewolves too. You could also look at like those people are wannabes and you are the real deal, and that's why you get the ring.

People need to get away from posting about others' "possible real life" feelings on things like cannibalism, vampirism, and werefolk - it's a game, people. It's further, a role-playing game - which means by definition it allows one to do things in the game that one would never do IRL.
