IF U EVER EVER SAY THIS GAME SHOULD BE LIKE COD OR HALO U WILL DIE IN A HOLE,THIS GAME IS NOT MADE FOR CAMPAIGN ITS MADE FOR ONLINE AND IF U BOUGHT IT FOR CAMPAIGN UR NOT THAT SMART
Bubba, I'm starting to get real tired of your constant "nothing is wrong with brink" die hard proclamations. I'm glad you're enjoying the game but yelling at people and constantly saying nothing is wrong when the game shipped with a lot of issues is counterproductive.
Now correct me if I'm wrong DreDay, but when you say Halo or Cod campaign you're referring to the fact that there is actually a campaign and story there, correct? With that I agree. As we were told, we would be getting "All the story telling, all the character, the drama, the pacing that you get in a traditional single player game..." - Richard Ham, Creative Director. As it stands now Brink has no campaign. It's just multiplayer with bots, oh wait that's the multiplayer half the time too. Richard Ham goes on to say "This is not a preset path. You are telling your own story and your story is different than everybody elses because of the experiences you are having in these battles."
When I first heard Richard Ham say those things about the game I was expecting a full story along with a level system more akin to Starfox 64 where there are still only so many levels and the end result is the same, but the path you take through them is your choice. For example, if you just finished defending the aquarium from security you could then be presented with a split where you choose to either go to container city and defend or to security tower and push on the offensive. You would be fighting for your side, blazing through different parts of the ark and it would feel like your own story while also adding a little to the replayability by having other paths to follow.
