(Big spoiler) The future of TES story

Because of the nature of the game is like a big history, the future of TES normally have reference to the past TES.

In this case choosing Stormcloak or Empire shouldnt matter. also with the dead of empiror (dark brotherhood quest), the most likely future of TES is that Thormal defeated empire and the while Tamieral will be splits into multi nations.
