They're both the same, I was just commenting on the fact that many people got the Caravan Pack just for those binocs thinking they were unique when there's a pair lying around in the game already, probably even more than one.

The problem is, not all of them are -worth- the effort of being unique. And the binoculars are NOT unique at all, so meh. Anyways, I didn't pre-order... so I don't have to worry about it. My broke [censored] isn't getting a copy until I can scrounge up some cash. Which means I totally don't have to worry at -all- about what people say was 'worth pre-ordering' or not!

there are canteens in the game, but only the preorder one has "vault 13" written on it. Aside from that, no difference.

Except for the gamestop pre order pack canteen. The only canteen in the game that isn't part of a armor suit/clothing.

I bet the files and editorID are all still there, though.

Awwww man, that svcks, i was looking foward to getting the caravan pack with mine, i pre-orderedit from play.com so i get it for free anyway which is good considering it's not worth it

Yes you can zoom in and out with the binocs its a little farther then just right clicking, but not much. Honestly, I just use the Varmint Rifle's scope modification much farther zoom. The Caravan pack does have its perks. For instance, the Sturdy shotgun rules something hard. Same with the armor. (For being light armor anyway.)
