I am to the part of the quest chain where it says to receive next assignment from Jean-Baptiste. I go to where the indicator tells me to and he is not there. I do circles so that I can see my indicator quickly turn around on the compass so I know that is exactly where he should be which is in the corned of the building, by the bathrooms next to the Blackjack tables and 2 mannequins.

I read that somebody else had the same problem but I could not find a solution to this.

Same problem. Guy is nowhere to be found.

I guess if a large amount of others have the problem it will be fixed in a patch... hopefully. I'll just go back to it some other time.
