This time arround I was playing a very nice character that prefered non-violent solutions when possible. She is a thief and a ditz, but always tries to help.
So She cleaned out the Silver Rush by using the 'Z' key and carrying everything into the bathroom, then being out of sight she stoled all their stuff.
Next she went to work for them, but being so nice she let everyone in with out a search. Simon was getting a bit upset but he was letting it pass. Then the last customer Blew up all the Van Graffs. After this Simon attacked her but was taken down with little problem.
She might be a ditz but she is not stupid. She ransacked the rest of the shop with out any further resistance nor any loss of reputation.
The shop blowing up gave me a good chuckle.
While funny..especially hauling everything into the bathroom...
I'm failing to see the nice and help part of the character.
Taking everything isn't "nice"
Letting everyone and not following the few instructions they gave you isn't "helpful" as seen by them getting blown up.
Taking down Simon wasn't helpful or nice
All in all...sounds like a quite normal character just looting up everything they can and doing what they want.
I think when you say the character is "nice" and tries to help you really mean you don't walk in shooting.
