Bizarre crashing related to world-altering ESPs

I've been wracking my brains trying to figure this one out.

See, whenever I try to run a location mod - say, Deus Mons or Dragon Falls Manor or so forth - it just crashes whenever I load a new cell, which means I can't do anything at all.

And I just have absolutely no earthly idea what could possibly be causing this. My game is up-to-date, as is SKSE, but really, that shouldn't have anything to do with it. Why would it ever crash just because a mod (ANY mod) messes with a location? Doesn't make sense to me...

Interesting been having similar problems ... with me 'some' mods that install/mod the world (i.e. add new dungeons with external markers and entrances) have been causing game to ctd at load point, or if get by that and in then when fast travel CTD. Disable mods that mod the world and can get game to load, enable ctd.
Seems (at least for my implementation/load order) that this game/version is very weird about a specific type of mod, so all I can say is wish i could figure it out (some new dungeons have tried that do this are DoV, SkoomaShip, LostTomb, Ragmar, Bogvarstomb etc.).

I even started a new game and as soon as add these type of mods (any of them noit just the ones listed above (e.g. TDP, Sig, Club Obos and couple others that did get to work) get various hangs here and there .. heck one mod even made Helgen vanish and when got there went flying off into space and the game CTD. Been spending days on this and have yet to find a common thread except adding new locations to the world, it is like the game is doing some form of setup and as sone as hits these mods that mod the external world it goes pffft and CTD.

Now the mod Hunter that is part of SkyMoMod does not cause the above CTD but it mods existing internal dungeons game space, i.e. it adds the access point to it's 7 locations inside existing dungeons not outside in the world, and does not put any new items on the world map. Sorry can't be more helpful on this but at least let yah know not alone.

Well, thanks for letting me know that much. It's at least good to know that it wasn't some crippling idiocy on my end, heh.

I've experimented with my load order some, and it seems like any mods that alter the same exterior cell will cause an outright CTD - which is extremely bizarre, considering such a thing never happened in the previous games. I don't think it's quite that simple, so I'm going to do some more investigation, but it's really quite galling all the same...
