While in my Cottage(cheese) I was thinking about reseting perks, So I took out a Black Book and read, It displayed a Message and it closed, Then AN EARTHQUAKE happened.

Yeah that happened to me yesterday. Just a weird gamplay thing, although I have no idea what the earthquake was all about.

that's one of my questions lol the other being is the message a little nod to tell you those books can only be read in solsthiem or some more devious

Says something about whispers of Solstheim then there's an earthquake.

You have to be on Solstheim for Black Books to work or else it will pop up with the message about seeing a picture and then it fades to Solstheim and fades out.
