Black face bug help please

Post » Fri Jul 13, 2012 11:20 pm

Can anyone give me a step by step in clearing up this issue please?
I'm using Luscious faces, ApachiSkyHair and UNP body mesh mods, I've also created two custom esps to give Mjoll and Annekka ApachiHair, any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Are you asking about the shadows on the face (created by the hair mesh)? The only way to remove it is by altering your fShadowBiasScale settings in SkyrimPrefs.ini.

The fShadowBiasScale setting determines the angle at which a shadow is going to be cast. Try a range between 0.150 and 0.800. (Start around 0.250 and experiment, though any setting in that range will probably work for you.)

You need to generate FaceGen data for the actor, otherwise their face is too dark (bug it's intentional).

In the object window of the CK, select your Actor, and hit CTRL+F4, it should say do you want to generate FaceGen Data, say Yes. Done.

It's not a bug, it's supposed to be like that.
