Black Hole Spell

I'm trying to create a spell that makes a black hole that svcks people in. Eventually I want it to svck up anything and everything around, but for now I'd be satisfied just getting it to work on a single actor. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to do anything and I've no idea why. Mind taking a look?

EDIT: The above version does everything, but for some reason I can't seem to make the Black Hole Activator actually visible. Frustrating.
