This is stupid but how much are jacks, queens, and kings worth in black jack. Also how can you raise your luck without implants or intense training like what cloths raise it.

The Face cards are all worth 10 in Blackjack, as for raising your luck without implants or intense training the only apparel I'm aware of that raises your luck is the naughty nightwear.

Jacks, Queens, Kings are worth 10.
Aces are worth 1 or 11.
And you'd be better off just using Intense Training once for luck.
