Yup. He should be on the radio tower. If you've already completed 'Crazy, Crazy, Crazy' in a peaceful manner he'll have disappeared though.

How do you complete Crazy, Crazy, Crazy in a peaceful manner, I repaired Rhonda who wanted to find Tabitha but when i left the building where Rhonda is once in the street Tabitha and then Rhonda attacked me. So i killed everybody, but having done Black Mountain a few times i have never had a peacefull ending, so i am sure i am missing something.

That's odd, I've been shot at before going into the building to repair Rhonda and Tabitha was always friendly when I left. I usually sneak in the back gate and try to avoid conflict, it's the quickest way to complete the task.

Sounds like you're running into a bug. Repairing Rhonda is how you go about completing the quest peacefully, upon leaving the supply room you should run into a now-friendly Tabitha who then leaves Black Mountain with her newly-resurrected robot chum.

rhonda always attacks me when i fix her so i didnt even know there was a pieceful solution.at least i think it was rhonda.crazy robot either way
