Ok, so after a lot of months of not playing (since december I think)
I updated my game through steam
I launched up fallout new vegas and headed to the casino

Got myself some chips and decided to play blackjack
except every time I got dealt a hand, it would be pitch black while the dealer's was fully visible
totally fair eh?

jokes aside, it happens to every casino I've tried (white glove first, tops after)
i reset the display options to default and reloaded the game several times and still have the same thing happening
it didn't happen before I updated the game

Well, it IS called blackjack. Lots of unresolved crashing and other gamebreaking issues, you are lucky if black cards are the worst that 1.3 has done to your F:NV. Since december, have you checked for updated drivers? Dxdiag?
