Where is the best place to find or purchase a blacksmith's elixer potion? Is there a potion merchant that tends to spawn these for purchase more often that others? Or is there a place/dungeon where these can be found. In 158 hrs of play i have found only one. Need to start making and improving armor and need more of these potions.

p.s....i dont have a high alchemy and dont want to go that route to make my own. Just want to purchase or loot them.

I think it's random.

there may be one scaled blacksmithing potion in autumn watchtower. otherwise they are random.
