I'm havin a problem with one of the side quests for the Blades. It says to kill the dragon at Eldersblood Peak with the new recruits but I killed that dragon pretty early in the game and I ain't seen a dragon there since. Since that's a dragon's lair will it ever respawn? I've waited a very long time for it to but it never shows back up.

Areas generally respawn if you haven't visited them within 30 game days. If you keep going back to check before the 30 days are up, it will keep resetting the counter and nothing will respawn.

even if it was killed in a previous quest?
