Modified NCR armor, i didnt finish the mod becose im a nub really, it shud give some bonus with big guns, im not shure how to do that,

Painting all black and stamping symbols doesn't usually lead to good results.
Try to remove some of the swastikas(perhaps keeping only the armband and the eagle on the back) , create a backstory for it and move away from black, we got too many of those already.
You could mess with Nifskope too and add some stuff to it too. Also, some people might get offended with all that nazi material so warn them about it ( I know it should be obvious but you never know right? )

Why would it be illegal? There's plenty of Nazi armor and clothing on the Nexus, doesn't have to mean anything. I don't like wearing it personally, but I've got no problem with it being made.

If Rage against the Machine found out you use their song for promoting your silly nazi-outfit they'd have the video removed from youtube. And maybe they'd teach you a history lesson.

Nothing wrong with a few Nazi logos. To be quite honest, I would never wear one of the uniforms (with the logos anyway), but you must admit that the uniforms looked quite smart.
In a game it's a different matter, there can be many reasons your strutting around as a post-apocalyptic storm trooper.

You've over done it a tad with the eagle on the back. Maybe scale it down a bit?

I really like the design with the Nazi symbols on it. Maybe a replacer mod of sorts could be made with it...

I'd like to see it with red where you currently have it black, and black where you have it white. There's tons of black armor already and I think the red would go well with it.

ok, eagle is not a problem,

it can use some difrent armor under mantle maybe..

... but as i understand it has to be done in 3d modeling tools like blender
to install a blender u need a python,

to import `nif` file to blender u need some addon
,wich agean need some other python...

and of course u need nifskopes, geks, mod menager, etc

right ?

i think ill finish this in photoshop at the end......

Since so many of you seem offended at the Nazi insignia, why not have a go at creating your own 'menacing' logo OP? Maybe use the shape of the Iron Cross and expand on it, or even a Celtic Cross? If you were having it as a new faction outfit, they could be what the Enclave was to the Government.
See Metro 2033 for a few ideas

Echonite I find it better when the items I am adding to my game have a backstory, there are some very good stuff on the nexus that have no story and THAT annoys me. Of course that's all personal opinion.
Also, give it some time and we'll have even black retexture of a lead pipe

About the armor, I was hoping for at the very least the eagle on the back! I love that symbol there's nothing more bad-ass than that.
Now that I think about it, the original eagle concept came from the romans(actually, a lot of nazi stuff came from the romans) Why not make it a Caesar's Legion armor? But anyways that's your choice best of luck and I'm sorry I cant help you with the technical problems.(btw just watched the video, good work )
