Blood Dragons Find Me Tasty

Post » Wed Jul 04, 2012 8:12 pm

I have two flippin Blood Dragons on my tale right now. Two of them. And it's so hard cause I swear they are alternating attacks. Cause one dragon I got down to good chunk of health, but another one got a little more health.

2 blood dragons shouldn't be a problem, depending what level you are and where you are :)

At least it's not one Elder Dragon and one Frost Dragon.

Becoming a dragon's lunch is not fun. It has happened to me several times. I am level 28 with ~280 health on expert difficulty. They are tough. Not sure what level you're at.

Run into the nearest fort to get help from npc. And then sneak your way out of it.

if your having trouble lead them near something that will attack them. It doesn't have to be some guards, some bandits or other enemy can be used to distract them. In my experience dragons seem to have short attention spans so you can use this to get some hits while it is burning some of those enemies. The enemies themselves will obviously attack you, but they are probably a lower threat than the dragon.

I assume you are using light armor? One blood dragon is difficult as it is but two! I am playing a light armored swordmaster and a regular dragon gives me a hard time. I recommend bashing them while they are attacking. Works wonders.

Yep. I am wearing light armor. I'm pretty squishy to them. One dragon picked me up with his mouth and shook me like a ragdoll, then got bored with my dead body. lol.

God, I got swarmed by 2 frost and an elder the other day. Thing is, the closest hiding spot was a cave over the mountains. And it was just open plains. I'm also a sneak guy, so it was incredibly tough. I had to call in backup.

I don't really have hiding place at that time, and there were also nahkriin and draugr death lord.
