"Bloods and crips" are an L.A. gang, and even so, after a nuclear holocaust I would not like to see them.

We'll have Powder Gangers, and more than likely raiders to act as the gang members. All other types of gangs just wouldn't work, and even if they did I would not want to see them in Fallout.

After fighting Raiders, Slavers, The Brotherhood of Steel, The Outcasts, and the people in the PITT, I doubt gangs like the Bloods and Crips would pose much of a threat.

Well, not really. I think that there's a possibility that people would imitate the pre-war gangs, but I'd prefer 50's style gangs.

Lol the only Criminal Organizations that are worth a damn are the Italian Mafia, Irish Mob, Mexican and Columbian Drug Cartels also the Russian Mafia. All those little gangs arent worth a damn and dont have any Political or influencial power at all and most of them just end up dead. When the Mafia or Cartels send a hit squad they kill their target when some lame ass Cripp does the most laziest and dumbest kill a Drive by they kill 1 rival member, 4 innocent children, 3 Moms, and 5 old people thats about it. That said they arent putting the Mafia owning the Strip which i have a feeling will turn out very lame because the Mafia was great in Renoo.

In New Vegas they're a [future] street gang. Essentially raiders that'll have more explosives (by the sound of it). That, raiders, slavers/Caesar's Legion, and the occasional lunatic wastelander sound much more threatening than over-hyped street gangs like Crips and Bloods that so many people are afraid of. I'm pretty sure a raider with an R91 Assault Rifle is much more dangerous than an idiot holding an M9 sideways.


I also don't like the sound of them. The culture of Fallout is like that of the 50s if a 50s-era idea of utopia turned into a dystopia. If any sort of old gang would fit in, the closest I could see would be the mafiaso, or greasers. We had a greasers sort of group in FO3 called the Tunnel Snakes and we saw how threatening they were. And as for the mafiaso, the worst I could see is them in New Vegas trying to take control of the strip from the townspeople, but I think with Mr. House and the other casino owners, they'd just send their bouncers to deal with them.

I'll stick with powder gangers, raiders, and Caesar's Legion.
