The other day when I started up Skyrim I noticed that bloom wasn't working and that all light in the game was static. I love how your eyes adjust to lighting so this is a somewhat big deal to me. I tried uninstalling all my mods as well as deleting my custom ini files and both did nothing. Any idea why this could be happening or how I could fix it?
