So I recently got Skyrim for the PC --I've now purchased this game three times, I never seem to learn!--and while playing it, I've noticed that the HD Bloom is crazy bright. I don't recall it being so bad on the PS3 or 360, but maybe that's because I don't hunch in front of my TV like I do a PC monitor.

I noticed the launcher has removed the ability to deactivate HD Bloom in this particular game, but I was curious if there's a way to shut it off or turn it down in the .ini file?
