So I'm seeing I need 50 of these blue star caps... I have 52. When I turn them in it says I failed the quest and then I get a new quest to go some place which appears to be behind a door that needs 100 Lock picking to get around. Anyone done this for sure? What am I doing wrong?

Uhh, the door shouldn't be locked. Are you at the right door? You need to go upstairs and drop through a hole in the floor to get around the rubble on the first floor.

ok, I was going to the wrong door. Found a new door. Lots of stuff in here. I went up one flight of stairs and down a different flight to the door that's locked at 100 found the hole, dropped down and found the room. Thanks!
