Bol'Rook the Prince: RP, Build, and Discussion

Post » Thu Jun 14, 2012 6:04 am

I recently started my 2nd Khajiit Character after i saw a certain image from an old Skyrim teaser poster of a Khajiit in Ancient Nord Armor. His backstory is kind of hard for me to nail down because there is not truly enough info about Elsweyr's government other than "The Mane". But the idea is that he is a "Prince" (not sure what he is a prince of) who used to run a vast organization of Enforcers and Mercenaries based on the foundation of wealth brought by Moon Sugar. I am not sure how he may have ended up in Skyrim or what his relation to my other Khajiit, Darq'Raze, might be.

Name: Bol'Rook
Race: Khajiit (Looks like a Tiger)
Skill Trees: Heavy Armor, Archery, Speech, Smithing (Maybe), Alchemy (Maybe)
Stone: Lord
Style: Unarmed Combat, Mercenary Followers and Work, Neutral yet Arrogant and Ruthless
Armor: Ancient Nord, Circlet
Weapon: Unarmed, Bow (undecided on specifics)

I would like some advice on the parts i have not filled in yet, such as whether or not to do Smithing or Alchemy, how he ended up in Skyrim from Elsweyr, and how he might be connected to Darq'Raze (Not family as they are very different looking). Advice is Appreciated in Advance

You are making a common mistake among RPers, you are presuming your character has to start in his races native land. There are plenty of Khajiit that were never born in Elsweyr. For my own I used the background that he is a child of a coupl,e that worked a trade caravan in Skyrim, in other words he was born in Skyrim and has not seen other lands.

But the point is that he is native to Elsweyr, Darq'Raze is from Cyrodiil so i have done that. Bol'Rook is supposed to be like...hmm...like a Warlord but less bloodthirsty

Suggestion: he angered a powerful someone (like a brother) who forced him to flee (false information/framed) until he can prove his innocence or get the power he needs to fight back. Darq Vader has the answers. Or, Darq Vader has stolen/taken/insulted/etc. and must be hunted down.

Smithing yes, Alchemy no. Poisons are for sissies and he is a badazz puddy warlord. Making your own weapons and armor is manly...tommy.
