96 bones in a dragons body

Post » Fri Jun 15, 2012 4:26 am

I triple checked thoroughly and there happens to be 96 bones in a dragons body.
And we have 206??!!! Imagine that. Discuss

Cheers

It's part of the New Aesthetic. Take something that should be high res and make it low res on purpose and voila, a masterpiece that is perpetually new and old at the same time.

The knee bone is connected to the thigh bone, the thigh bone is connected to the bonner, the bonner is connected to the hand bone.

There's no way anybody could count every bone in leftover skeleton of the dead dragons. Every bone wouldn't be visible from the outside.

Exactly... Go count the bones of a human skeleton and you'll probably reach a similar conclusion although the total human bones are 206

They do! Horns are solid bones! Unless they are filled with somthing other than bones, then they are not solid bones. However, as long as they do not have another substance inside of them they are indeed solid bones.

So you're saying bones are solid bones as long as the bones are solid?

I doubt bethesda made the dragon skeleton bone by bone, they would have made as many bones as required to make the dragon model work. I'm sure lore-wise they are meant to have more bones

...Well...since they are Humans I'd say the same amount as Humans. xD
