Don't know if anyone else found this out, so here's what happened:

2 possible bugs

I found out all the info and made it to the train, only to find out I did not have the correct stats to disarm the bomb, so first I just stood on the train, waiting for it to start up and kill me, just for fun. Waited three days, train never moved. I got bored.

Also, there is no overall time limit for this quest. Even if you go through the door to the train platform. Just leave before the train starts moving. You can take as much time as you need to level up to get your stats to be able to disarm it, and it will sit there waiting form you.
