Hi,

For the longest time, my main character has had volumes 2-7 of the Wolf Queen series. I've had them on a shelf next to the Mythic Dawn Commentaries. This looked great, because the MDC are a matching set, and from what I could tell, the WQ series was as well... until I stumbled across volume 1. Volumes 2-7 were the large sized black books with gold leaf on their covers, but volume 1 is a much smaller, yellowish gold kind of color.

Does anyone know anything about this? Are the books' appearance randomly generated (and I was just lucky to find 2-7 all the same)? Surely they would have an 8-volume book series all have the same covers? I don't know if they have a 2nd series of the cheaper smaller looking books (looking like my volume 1).

Any of you real book fans out there able to shed some light on this?

Are they all equal in value? If I'm not totally mistaken, the Argonian account series also did not match, but at least one of them counted as a skillbox, maybe the WQ1 also is a skillbook?
