I understand the mod works on any NPC the same way, but for some reason Boone "still" manages to have more style and flair in his moves than poor perm-a-dork Arcade.

Probably just because you like him better. Poor Arcade.

Now I wanna see something done to Voodoo Child. Hell, it was done at least a half-dozen times for Doctor Who, why not Fallout?
