Boosting skills not spoiling the the game?

Post » Wed May 23, 2012 5:46 am

I have read methods and tips on how to boost, youtube seems full of them, pretty much garenteed 1 boosting vide beside any gameply of skyrim vid.
Im not against it and niether for it, i guess we all play games differently and get our own enjoyment out of it, but seriously??

So whats the crack, isnt there a sort of fundamental enjoyment rig that holds the game together? stats and skills effect interaction but would the natural growth be something of a feat when reached to full potential?

Anyways, i would love to boost my skills but i would prefer to be chasing down wildlife and clearing out forts, doing quests ect.

No rant, no flame, no personal ragin on my behalf.

Whats the crack?

What's the crack? I've never heard this before.

Anyways people play games for different reasons. While some like the hard work and growth, others like the feeling of power when they can cast Blizzard. That doesn't mean they suddenly stop going through dungeons and killing wildlife though. It's a single player game, not an MMO.

Statmaxxing is just interesting, getting out the full potential out of weapons and armor. I dont deem it cheating since there seems to a limit of how far you can push it.

Near infinite magic, 1200 damage resistance, bows that do 600dmg are "wannahaves" i think.

And the satisfsction of being the most powerfull being in skyrim..

Guess thats about it.
