Where can I get this key? Troubling to see an NCR soldier with his legs blown off laying on top of a mine! Actuallly felt good to put him out of his misery!

You help the Elder in Hidden Valley with some things he needs done and then he's happy and likes you a lot and you get the key. Power Armor training too if you join the BOS.

The key the elder gives you goes to the BOS safe house not the bunker. I would like to know how to get into the abandoned BOS bunker also.

You can only enter the bunker using the console to unlock the door. Consider it cut content.

For some reason that bunker is now locked and there is no key that will open it. The only way to get in there is to delete your game update and then play the game without the patch.

If your on xbox clear your system cache. by accessing the console setting menu then the memory tab and pressing Y on the device you sytem data is saved too.

This really svcks, by the way. I do not like clearing my cache. Too many updates for too many games - updates that were needed.

Just clear the cache whats the big deal? takes like 2 seconds to update games anyways, if you need the deans electronics so bad.
