Ok .. On the BoS Computer Virus puzzle .. what do you do ... I am gettn mad.

dunno.. i just did it like 5 times.. and ran fast.. and finally got it

When he says GO, activate each terminal, access the database, and you will see the following:

1. Random letters
2. A taunt

If you see #2, the taunt, it will also say 'Isolate Virus', click that. Then find the other two computers that say the same thing and isolate those also.

It took me a good 15 tries before I managed to find all 3 of them before the time ran up. Just a word of wisdom, time does NOT pass when you are in the terminal, so do what you need, then mentally know where to run and hit E quickly to activate another terminal. Once you get the hang of it you can activate nearly every console in the room in the time limit, increasing your odds of success.

I found all three computers and partitioned the virus but if i talk to the computer tech guy he asks me if i want to isolate the virus again what do i do?

It's broken, I have the same issue. If you can then reload before the quest and do it again.

I also have the same issue. Had to reload and not accept the science answer.

Would there be a way to use the console and to manually activate the script that happens when you solve the computer puzzle?

There may be another bug you could use to your advantage... just click "partition virus" multiple times before going back or powering off the terminal. For some reason, I partitioned the virus on one terminal once, and then accidentally clicked the option twice on the second terminal it was on, and the quest was completed after talking to the scribe, even though you're supposed to partition it on three terminals, not just two...

Get 70 Science and let the scribe in on the easy way to do it - it lets you lock the virus to specific computers when you find it, so you don't lose all your progress every time you go at it.

I msut have gotten lucky i did it in 2 try's. First try i didnt know what i was doing really.

if you fail you need to restart the quest each time and wait for him to tell you to go before you start. otherwise he just walks away from the console and it won't count.
